By using ToolVerse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

ToolVerse provides free, browser-based document tools. Core processing happens on your own device; AI features call the Anthropic Claude API to produce summaries, translations, and resume reports.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Automate requests in a way that harms availability for other users.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results — including AI outputs and ATS scores — are provided for assistance only and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Verify important output before relying on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or reliance on tool output.

6. Accounts & data

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may delete your saved files and account at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
